Agreement to conditions of acceptance for shipping for repairs※
For shipping repairs, the customer is responsible for the one-way shipping costs. We will take care of your important items. We will inform you of the shipping address and other details after we receive your order.
Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. We recommend that you use a shipping method with compensation.
We will let you know how long it will take for the repair and how much it will cost after we have examined the damage. (Normally, it will take 1.5 to 2 months including the estimation period.)
If you have to pay for the repair, we ask you to pay by bank transfer. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
This service is only available in Japan. Please note that we do not ship to overseas.
