shipping for repairs

  • For shipping repairs, the customer is responsible for the one-way shipping costs.
    We will take care of your important items.
    We will inform you of the shipping address and other details after we receive your order.


  • Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.
    We recommend that you use a shipping method with compensation.


  • We will let you know how long it will take for the repair and how much it will cost after we have examined the damage.
    (Normally, it will take 1.5 to 2 months including the estimation period.)


  • If you have to pay for the repair, we ask you to pay by bank transfer. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.


  • This service is only available in Japan. Please note that we do not ship to overseas.


  • * We also accept repair requests at our stores.
    We can repair any brand of agete, NOJESS products.
